Hazelton Farms is a family owned farm raising Tibetan yaks on pasture. Our yak is grass-fed and all of their feed is sourced locally. We provide our animals with a happy and interesting life, they are not bored and are well fed. Yak meat tastes more like elk than beef, not in a gamey way, but in that it's lean, red, and mild flavored.
