Sourdough Shenanigans focuses on hand mixed artisanal sourdough breads. Using high quality Wheat Montana flour as well as grinding wheat berries fresh in house, the very finest coastal sourdough comes to life with the addition of my sourdough culture, named Flora. Now about 9 years old, she brings a satisfying flavor profile to every loaf and is the star of the show.
