We are committed to the innovative creation and distribution of sustainable, handcrafted products made from reclaimed byproducts, like fish skin, promoting environmental stewardship and supporting local economies. Our first and current project is taking locally caught ling cod skins and turning them into a beautiful and durable leather. Using this ling cod leather, we have made bracelets, bookmarks, stickers, and more that you can find on CCFW's LocalFood Marketplace.

We buy ling cod skins from local processors and transform them by hand into beautiful and durable leather products. Our tanning methods involve only salt, water, soap, bark, and a natural oil based conditioner. That way we can handle each step of the process without worrying about our health, your health, or the environment around us.
