Expertly sourced local seafood by a dwindling breed of folks who love to live and work on the ocean. It's a difficult, dangerous profession, but the nothing beats a great day at sea.
Practices
Most of our fish is blast frozen immediately after butchering so that it maintains it's freshness rather than sit in the refrigerated case for more than a couple of days. In our opinion, it's better than fish caught over two-three days ago and it is quick to thaw in the fridge or under cool water if in a hurry.
